Frozen Cakes and Desserts
The ice cream log is Quebec’s traditional dessert par excellence and it is for this reason that we put special care into its creation. Our goal is to create a product that meets the tastes and expectations of Quebecers. Today, we are certain this goal has been met.
In order to satisfy everyone’s tastes, we offer two types of logs. First, our 2 litre log is made from ice cream, not ice milk, and comes in two flavours: Chocolate and Vanilla.
Second, we offer a 4 litre log made with superior quality ingredients, such as fresh cream. This product comes in a single flavour, dulce de leche, an Argentine caramel made from milk. Imported directly from Argentina, it is a true delight that will impress you from the very first bite. This log is an exquisite alternative to the traditional log.
Even though our logs come in different sizes and flavours, they are all made by hand in our factory. In addition, all the cakes used in our factory are made in Joliette.
